Begbie uses an image derived from a unique steelmesh sculpture, and translates it into a drawing to then produce the flat stainless steel panel version.
They epitomise sculptural economy and visual succinctness, creating compelling shadows with use of spot lights. They are bold and completely convincing, achieving the translation beautifully from his steelmesh work.
