I have been following David Begbie for years, and I welcomed Jessica Tanghetti's proposal to host him and his works within the LDR22 Art Glance format with great enthusiasm. David's vision, particularly the use of the metallic mesh to crate human bodies generates a unique contrast that fascinates me. It is a true honour to host the artist and his works, which are both majestic and ethereal, within our Milan's home.

Begbie's sculptures propose a contemporary reflection on the interaction between man and nature, on the inner journey and the ability to dream and transform oneself, also leading one to reflect on the concept of sustainability and respect for our planet, a theme dear to both the artist and the organisers.'
